Initiate Your Request

Pack Your Product

Securely place the unit and all original components, including the power cord and filters, into the original manufacturer packaging to prevent transit damage.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
